ORDERS, RETURNS AND SHIPPING QUESTIONS

 

What is your Return Policy? 

All sales are final—therefore, returns and refunds are not available. If you experience a problem with your order or would like to request an exchange, contact orders@shopwaxcenter.com for support and someone will respond within 48 business hours.

Please note: exchanges may be requested up to 30 days from shipment date of order. Guests will be required to pay for exchange shipping costs if applicable. 

Because each EWC center is independently owned and operated, returns, exchanges or inquiries about orders placed from this website cannot be accepted at EWC center locations.

 

Can I modify my order once it’s been placed?

Once checkout is complete, orders may not be edited or canceled. If you require further assistance,send an email with your order number to orders@shopwaxcenter.com.

 

What if my item was damaged or incorrect? 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact orders@shopwaxcenter.com for support and someone will respond within 48 business hours. In your email, please include your order number and a photo of the item. 

 

How can I track my order? 

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after you place your order.

Then, when your order is scanned and picked-up for shipment by the carrier, you’ll receive a shipment notification email that contains your order tracking number.

Please refer to that order tracking number for an up-to-date status on your order. 

 

What happens if my product does not arrive? 

Please refer to your shipment confirmation email for order tracking information. If you have not received your order after a tracking number indicates delivery, contact orders@shopwaxcenter.com for support and someone will respond within 48 business hours. In your email, please include your order number.

 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS 

 

Can I redeem a coupon code on ShopWaxCenter.com 

If a coupon code is valid for use on ShopWaxCenter.com it must be entered during checkout. Valid codes will display your discount when applied in the shopping cart.

Please note: in-center offers may not be redeemable on ShopWaxCenter.com. Please refer to the details on your coupon or promotional email. 

Promotion codes cannot be applied to orders already placed or received.  

 

Why won’t my coupon code work?  

Please double check you have entered the code correctly, that it’s spelled correctly and that the item(s) in your cart are eligible for the code entered. If you still need assistance, email orders@ShopWaxCenter.com 

 

Do you offer gift packaging or messages? 

We are not able to offer gift wrapping or gift messages with orders at this time. However, the packing slip that arrives in the box lists the product name but not the price. 

 

PAYMENT, SECURITY AND MEDIA INQUIRIES 

 

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. Only one form of payment per order is accepted.

 

When will my credit card or payment method be charged? 

The credit card or other payment method will be charged and processed at the time you submit your order. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of receipt. 

 

How do I know my payment information is secure? 

Credit card processing with ShopWaxCenter.com through Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for all credit card processing, meaning that it adheres to the highest security standards of server compliance.

Can I use an EWC gift card? 

We do not accept EWC gift cards for online purchases at this time. 

 

Will I be charged sales tax? 

Sales tax only applies to orders shipped to a Texas address.
